All parrots at MT RAMORNIE AVIARIES are reared on LakesTM or Kaytee (USA) Hand-Rearing Formula, then weaned onto dry and sprouted seeds and a wide variety of fresh foods. Below you will find a listing of goodies for your bird. Usually your bird will eat 1/2-1 cup full of fresh food per day plus a dry seed mixture.
An easy way to substitute fresh food, if you run out, is frozen mixed vegetables + some apple.

Greens & Vegetables

Celery
Silverbeet
Carrots (raw/cooked)
Peas, Snow Peas
Corn (fresh/frozen/cooked)
Parsley
Beans
Brassicas (Cauliflower, Broccoli etc)
Capsicum, Chillies
Pumpkin (cooked)
Squash
Zucchini (raw/cooked)
Chinese Vegies
Cabbage
Sweet Potato (cooked)

A few Almonds & unsalted Peanuts are a favourite treat, enjoyed by most parrots
(you might want to experiment with any other unsalted nut variety)

Larger Birds (Amazons, Alexandrines etc) do enjoy Dog Biscuits and Arrowroot Cookies

Fruit

Apple
Orange
Mandarin
Pear
Passionfruit
Melons
Grapes and/or Raisins
any type of Berries

any other fruit in season except Avocado -
it is poisonous to your parrot

+ sprouted seeds (pigeon mix, mung, chickpea, sunflower, safflower) whenever possible, recommended for breeding pairs

If you have access to a garden, grass seed heads, chickweed and amaranth are nutritious and provide entertainment

I recommend some cuttlefish bone or a calcium block at molting time.
A fresh branch of Wattle/Gum/Fruit
Tree* as often as possible will entertain your friend; and at the same time will trim its beak.

I hope you will enjoy your bird for many years to come.
Yours,
